At I-SEA, we want you to love your new eyewear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition, including original packaging and tags, to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your eyewear and accessories in the original box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
